Julie Schroeder - Head Teacher / Provider / Owner
I was born and raised in Oregon. I have been married to my husband Clint for 27 years, and have 3 beautiful children. We moved to Coos Bay 9 years ago, and I have worked for the Coos Bay School District for the last 7 and a half years.
I have over 14 years serving in the Oregon Public School System, with a background in Special Education, Reading Intervention, and extensive training in Social Emotional Learning. I am excited to help prepare young ones in our community as they begin their early childhood education, helping build their confidence, and grow their love for learning.

In our home-based program we offer positive encouragement and lesson plans that cater to the needs of each child, as well as providing structure and routines that help them prepare for Primary School.
Lauren Schroeder - Educational Assistant

Lauren graduated from Baker Web Academy in 2018 and has spent the last several years working as a part-time child care provider. She is excited to begin her career in Early Childhood Education.
